About current in nRF52840 dongle PCA10059 system off

Hello

We check the current in system off in PCA10059 board. and use the ble_app_template application.

If set the VDD 3.3V, after the system off, measure the current is 10uA. and if set the VDD 1.8V, the value is 5uA.

in nRF52840 spec, the value is less than 2uA.
