FW application download using serial UART- NRF9160

I have a requirement to download the FW application of NRF9160 M33 via serial UART. Is this possible?

So, which zephyr project am I to consider for reference?

To perform Updation with downloaded package what are the modules to be included in Project.

Help me I this FW download and update the application on NRF9160.

On my last ticket, I didn't get the proper answer, that is why I raised the question again.

I'm new to this zephyr so can you give me the step-by-step process from considering a project to transferring a .bin file over serial UART.

if you give that so it will be much helpful to me. please give me the knowledge about it.
