Hi,
We do not have a list of the difference, but the supported feature set is documented through the documentation for nRF Connect SDK and for nRF5 SDK for Mesh.
Foundation models, provisioning, friend feature, relay feature, GATT proxy feature and Low Power Node are all supported. Basic model implementations (both server and client models) can be found in both SDKs.
The main difference between nRF Connect SDK v1.7.0 and v1.7.1 is that the latter will be qualified, providing a QDID from the Bluetooth SIG.
There are some proprietary features in nRF5 SDK for Mesh. Those are not implemented in nRF Connect SDK, although for instance for the DFU solution there is a plan to get something similar in nRF Connect SDK in the future.
For roadmaps and future plans, please contact our Regional Sales Manager for your area.

Terje
