VS Code prj.Conf validation bug

For some reason, VS Code is highlighting negative values in the prj.conf as missing?

I see this on my end as well - it definitely seems like it is attributing the 'missing value' error highlight to any negative value in the prj.conf.
I have created an internal ticket on this to have it reviewed by our VS Code developer team.

This issue should be resolved with the v2021.11.7 release of the nRF Kconfig extension.
