IAR 7.20 does not find emulator

Hi,

I've installed toolchain for IAR nRF5x_MDK_8_0_3_IAR.msi and want to debug and run project called Radio_test_pca10028_nrf51422_xxac. Project compiles fine in IAR 7.20 but when downloading and debug I got the message :

I am using a Nordic baord PCA10028 having a correct interface towards USB. When using JLink I can find this board (the segger) ; refer to picture below :

I also installed Jlinkarm v4,86a but still get this message....

Using nRFJPROG let's me program the nRF51422 chip and read back the registers...

Do you have more than one device connected? I have verified your setup with fresh IAR installation and installing nRF5x_MDK_8_0_3_IAR. The example works just fine and i was able to debug. I was testing this in SDK9.0

i am sorry, but i really cannot reproduce it here, something with your IAR environment?!!??!! try a fresh install of IAR, segger drivers and then nRF5x_MDK.

i am sorry, but i really cannot reproduce it here, something with your IAR environment?!!??!! try a fresh install of IAR, segger drivers and then nRF5x_MDK.
