DTM V2.00 issue in nRF CONNECT FOR desktop

Before updating to V2.00, the DTM tool can automatically detect the serial port, log has a clear indication whether it is connected to the target board, when the DTM update to V2.00, the DTM tool can not automatically identify the serial port, no way to determine whether through the serial control to the target board, log also has no prompt information。 waiting for yr reply ASAP.

  • I use the old version of DTM and use the USB TO SERIAL connection to control the customer board. The version is 1.17. My last product has been mass-produced. Now I am developing a new product. After the DTM tool is upgraded to 2.0, I cannot control the customer board. I have been talking about the target board in my question statement, and did not mention the issue of your official DK.     The engineer is suspecting that it may be a windows driver issue since we updated the windows driver in the new nRF Connect for Desktop, but we need more tests. Which board do you use to connect the custom board? Is it possible to provide the firmware which can connect to the custom board? Please elaborate in more detail on the workflow of how you use the DTM app and run tests with details. Thanks.
