NRF52840 Dongle BLE_Blinky Example No Bluetooth Connection with Android Phone

Hello,

I am new to the NRF World and try to explore some Ble examples. Unfortunately I can't get the BLE_Blinky Example working. The Flashing works without problems, and the Dongle starts advertising. The problem is, that I can't connect the Dongle with the NRF Connect App on my Android Phone. While Scanning I can see the "Nordic_Blinky" Device, but when I Try to connect it doesn't work. (see Screenshot).

I used the precompiled Version for the PCA10059 (ble_app_blinky_pca10059_s140.hex) and flashed the Programm with the NRF Connect App on Mac OS. Does anyone encountered this

Problem and can help? I also tried to use other examples like the ble_app_hrs with the same problem

Hi,

What version of the SDK are you using?

Do you have another device to test with to see if you get the same behavior on that one?

Is it the same if you click the connect button in the upper right corner shown in the screenshot as when you click connect from the scanner page?

Can you see if there is any log from the device in the nRF Connect app? In the screenshot, click on the three dots next to CONNECT and select 'Show log'. Please share the log here if there is any,
