Bricked nrf52840 Dongles?

I have 2 dongles that I've somehow managed to brick (I don't remember the details on how i did it). One of them goes into DFU bootloader mode when I plug it in but shows up as an Unknown device on the Programmer app. The other used to be the same until I hooked up a JLink and ran nrfjprog --recover. Now it seems to be dead and I can't get it to enumerate anymore. I am running Linux x64 (PoP!)

Any help would be greatly appreciated
