no matching trait found

Hi -

Just received thingy 91 and updated the firmware, but accidentally out of order.   Wondering how to recover from the error "no matching trait found" when trying to update the 52840 when using MCU boot with USB.

Running Windows 10, NRF connect v3.9.0.  Updating program with USB cable.

Here are the actual steps I took, slightly out of order from the instructions found here https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fug_thingy91_gsg%2FUG%2Fthingy91_gsg%2Fgetting_started.html :

  1. updated the 9160 first using mfw_nrf9160_1.3.1.zip, the latest available as of today. programmed OK
  2. updated the 9160 using thingy91_asset_tracker_v2_ltem_2021-10-20_d29f1dde.hex, programmed OK
  3. This step was supposed to be done first: Boot to MCUBOOT pressing SW4, attempt to write  thingy91_nrf52_connectivity_bridge_2021-10-20_d29f1dde.hex.

So apparently I have the original connectivity bridge version installed but new 9160 versions, I have no idea what version the original nrf52 connectivity bridge software version is, and the LED no longer flashes when I power up the board.

Thoughts on how to recover this?

Thank you in advance for any help with this!
