nRF9160 goes RRC mode IDLE and stuck there.

 I had  even erase application firmware as well as modem firmware and reprogrammed it. This device working properly before but during FOTA update due to some power supply error its goes into this mode?

Is there any way to recover this modem ?

I changed the sim card of my devices. now its connected

the new sim card are from same network that earlier I used. might be the  old sim cards get malfunction during FOTA update (power failure occur) .
