I have recently switched from development with the nRF52832 to the nRF52840 and along with this switched from the nRF52-DK to the nRF52840-DK. I am unable to connect to the nRF52840-DK in Segger IDE and receive the following error code every time I attempt to connect a j-link target.
When successfully connecting to the target in Segger with the nRF52-DK this is the following output:
I then attempted to connect to each of the development kits with the nRF connect programmer app and the device menu of the app can be seen below:
The nRF52840-DK has a PCA10056 chip on board. I assume my issue is that the nRF52840-DK is not being recognized as a development kit but I am unsure. Any thoughts?
For reference I'm on windows 11 OS, Segger v5.66, nRF Connect Programmer v2.0.1, and J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi compiled Feb 2 2021 16:47:20 (j-link firmware).
