AOA/AOD using 52833

I want to know about the soft device / SDK which have the AOA/AOD for nRF52833.

Hello,

There is no direction finding support in the nRF5 SDK (or softdevice). You will need to use nRF Connect SDK (zephyr rtos with softdevice controller). Please see my response here:
