pip3 install -r nrf/scripts/requirements.txt get error Windows 10

When executing "pip3 install -r nrf/scripts/requirements.txt",

according to the instructions on site

developer.nordicsemi.com/.../gs_installing.html ,

I get the following error.

Hi,

It seems there is a version conflict with some allready installed modules. I suggest you install the nRF Connect SDK toolchain via the toolchain manager instead, which is the recommended approach on Windows. See Installing automatically. That way this will be encapsulated and not conflict with your other python installation.

I had the same issue, just manually install an older version of pyocd for now

`pip3 install pyocd==0.29.0`

nrf in scripts/requirements-doc.txt has it pinned to pyyaml~=5.4

Would be nice if nordic could resolve this conflict?
