Cannot see connection of the board Nrf5340

Hello, i'm having trouble with my new Board Nrf5340, i cannot detect the board to my PC. 

I connected with micro USB and when i'm going to the device manager, i'm not seeing the device.

Could someone tell me what to do?

is it a nRF53 DK? if yes, then try to do this on the command line after you installed nrf command line tools

nrfjprog--recover -f nrf53 -r
nrfjprog --recover --coprocessor CP_NETWORK -f nrf53

If this does not work then we need to see which program is inside the chip and also the schematics (if it is a custom board)
