MCUMGR ConfigManager Info

Hello,

I'm working with NCS 1.7.1 and the nrf52840 dev kit to implement a BLE peripheral with FOTA, stats and configuration features. I've added MCUMGR to the project so far to handle image management. I came across the following information for a ConfigManager command for MCUMGR on android.

I want to see if it the ConfigManager will meet our needs but I can't find any further info on it.

Does Nordic have any details or examples for using the feature with the nrf52840 dev kit?

We have no documentation on the Device Manager other than at the github you linked to.

However, you can find more on the ConfigManager in its source code, where the functionality of its member functions are explained: ConfigManager.java at github

We continually improve the Device Manager, but we have no official roadmap on it, so I can not say anything about concrete plans to extend it.

I should mention that the Device Manager is essentially made for interfacing the Zephyr MCUmgr.
If the Zephyr MCUmgr gets more functionality, it is likely that our Device Manager will be updated to reflect this.
