nRF5340 Memory Consumption

Dear, I am new to Nordic. I created a simple project for testing. There is a small fucntion to display "Hello World". After , Re-build Solution.. the memory used is as shown in image for a very small program. I could not understand the reason and solution. Are there any unnaceary files included and compiled ?

These files are related to Zephyr OS.

If you don't want to embed RTOS, you should not flash with Zephyr ;)
