Can not find a transaction on WireShark

I’m checking the transaction of the data between iPhone and a Bluetooth device.

The device is developed by a business partner, but I’m not concerned the FW. I think we have some trouble at some connection of BLE and trying to get a log by myself.

However, facing a problem and can not find the device on Wireshark.

Current situation

• Can not find any connection with a filter ”btle”
• Can not find it with the MacAddress

How can I solve this problem? What do I have to check?

Any advice is welcome.

Hi Applesan, 

Could you please clarify if you have the nRF Sniffer installed on your computer. 
Have you followed the documentation for installing nRF Sniffer ?

Have you managed to capture any BLE activity ? 

Please take a screenshot if you still having error.

* nRF Connect for Desktop

* nRF52840 DK, FW (nrf_sniffer_for_bluetooth) installed with nRF Connect Programmer

* Wireshark, Profile_nRF_Sniffer_Bluetooth_LE setup
