I have been denied a SUPL license, can you please tell me why so I can correct the error

Hello Michael,

could you please check if you fulfil the following prerequisites:

• You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement
• You must be registered to the DevZone with the same email adress as used when applying for this license
• You must have logged in to that DevZone account less than 4 weeks prior to applying for a license.

Regarding point 3 I would recommend you to log out/in from DevZone before applying.

Let me know if that doesn’t solve the problem.

I logged out and back in and I do meet all the requirements listed on your agreement and reapplied. I instantly received an acknowledgment from your system but it has been past 4 hours and still nothing. What should I do next

I tried once more tonight, logging out and then back in and this time I was denied right away so I am not sure what is going on but I am stuck
