BLE - auto connect after bonding

Hi,

I have some issues with auto connect after bonding.

When start advertising with my NRF52840 device, my Android phone establish connection only when the app is open. I'm using advertising with whilelist.

However - I know that smart watches, using BLE, are able to connect to a mobile phone even when app isn't open.

How can it be possible?

You can start a Service at boot completion time with a brodcast receiver using the BOOT_COMPLETED message.
