Jlink could not connect to the target (NRF51422QFABB0)

Hello! 

I have an self developed hardware which has an NRF51422QFAB (the shematic writes 51822, but it is pin compatible). I would like to program it, but I can not. :(

This is my HW layout:

I think this is not so complicated and good, too.

Facts:

• It has good 3v3 voltage.
• It is well soldered (checked more)

These are what I tried:

1. Connect with NRFgo and Jlink debugger v11
   1. It do not see any board
2. Connect with Jlink debugger via Keil
   1. It do not see the board
3. Connect with STlink debugger via Keil
   1. It do not see the board
4. I soldered out the resistor of the SWDIO and SWCLK, too.
   1. Nothing see any board

What could be the issue?

What could I do?

I have to solder out the capacitor on the SWDIO and it worked.
