Please uninstall the complete toolchain and re-install by following one of the below mentioned guides. I recommend using the default paths.

are you able to perform a build with the installed toolchain outside of VS Code?

Have you installed the toolchain manually or via the Toolchain Manager?

I have installed ,but i found there is no files, when i update the nrfxlib,now i have a other issus,,but i have the zephyr_stdint.h
