Can't Activate nRF9160DK sim

I've tried activating my sim from multiple browsers and it either gets stuck at the first screen where it wants the SIM# and PUK or or on the second screen where it asks for my name and phone number.  It just sits there and spins.

Hello, 

Is this a new SIM? I assume you are using an iBasis SIM? If so, you will need to contact iBasis Tech Support via their contact page.
