Error while flashing NRF9160 SIP with NRF9160DK

Question

We have a custom board with NRF9160 SIP and it has a provision to flash using SWD interface. SWD_IO and SWD_CLK pins. 
 My connection is like below 
 VDD and VTG is shorted in DK 
 
 NRF9160 DK Custom Board NRF9160 SIP 
 SWD_IO - - - - - - - > SW_IO (34) 
 SWD_CLK - - - - - - - > SW_CLK (33) 
 VDD - - - - - - - > VDD 
 GND - - - - - - - > GND 
 
 and I'm getting this error while connecting board NRFCONNECT (V3.9.1) 
 Programmer (v2.0.1) 
 Operating System Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS 
 Correct me If i'm wrong in flashing it from DK board.
