Accuracy and temperature characteristics of adc reference voltage

Hi,

What is the accuracy and temperature characteristics of SAADC's Internal Reference (= 0.6V)?

thank you

  • The accuracy of the internal reference is +2/-3% over full operating temperature and voltage and 0.2 % at room temperature.

  • Thank you for answering!
    Let me check it additionally.

    1. Is the room temperature 25 ° C?

    2. Does "0.2% at room temperature" mean that room tempreature always deviates by 0.2% (it becomes 0.6012V)? Or is it 0.2% / ° C?

    3. If Question 2 is the former, please tell me the temperature characteristics (% / ° C).

    4. If Question 2 is the latter, "+ 2 / -3% over full operating temperature" does not hold, so please tell me the details. The operating temperature is -40 to 85 ° C, so if it is 0.2% / ° C, it will shift by 0.2% * 125 = 25%.

    5. Is there a dependency on Supply Voltage?

  • 1. Yes, 25 degrees is room temperature.

    2. It's +/-0.2% at 25 degrees C.

    4. It's +2 to -3% over -40 to +85 degrees and full operating range. It's not possible to break it down into only voltage or temperature or % / C

    5. Yes.

  • Excuse me, what kind dependence of internal reference by Supply Voltage do you mean?

Can you provide a link for reference?
