The accuracy of the internal reference is +2/-3% over full operating temperature and voltage and 0.2 % at room temperature.

2. Does "0.2% at room temperature" mean that room tempreature always deviates by 0.2% (it becomes 0.6012V)? Or is it 0.2% / ° C?
