Possible Link Error? SEGGER Embedded Studio

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen,

Just a really quick question/observation... am I going bonkers? or is the link to Segger Embedded Studio on this Nordic Page incorrect?

It takes me to this page nRF Connect SDK whereas surely the following is the correct page? or maybe not? Segger Embedded Studio for ARM

    Hi Gary,

    I think the link is intentional. If you are working with the nRF5 SDK, then you may download Segger Embedded Studio from Segger's download page which you linked to. But if you are working with the nRF Connect SDK (and doe snot use the Toolchains manager which downloads everything for you), then you need to use the Nordic edition of Segger Embedded Studio, which is linked to from here (search for "SEGGER Embedded Studio Nordic Edition").

    Ah yes I see 2 links now at the very bottom of that page. The introduction and installation process described before it had me thinking I'd been sent to the wrong place. Although strictly speaking Nordic's page for Segger Embedded Studio might be considered misleading, perhaps a little anyway Grin

    SEGGER Embedded Studio must be downloaded directly from SEGGER. Please click here to go to the download pages.

    Those links actually download a Zip file from Nordic whereas the quote just above, clearly states "downloaded directly from SEGGER".

    Thank you kindly for pointing out about those links.
