nRF52840 SWD pullup/pulldown disconnect?

Hi! I've got over 2000 smartwatches out in the field that are using the nRF52840. The hardware designers thought it was a great idea to expose the SWD pins along with the pins for charging on the rear of the watch, and it's made programming them with up to date firmware significantly easier.

However, one of the SWD pins has a pullup resistor on it, and that means that the contacts sitting against the wearer's skin have a voltage across them and I'm seeing a small proportion of watches where there's electrolytic corrosion on the pads caused by this.

So... Is it possible to disable the pullup on the SWD pins in software or with a fuse bit? Is there some undocumented feature that would allow us to do this?

Right now it seems our only option is to apply a sticker over the SWD contacts, but that's far from ideal especially for the watches that are in the field!
