nRF Toolbox Cycling & Service does not connecto to ble_app_rscs app in nRF52840-DK

Hello,

I am trying to use the ble_app_rscs example app into the nRF5_SDK_17.1.0 package for connecting the nRF52840-DK board to the nRFToolbox Android application. However, using the CSC option in the nRFToolbox gives me always the message "The device does not have required services" and I cannot connect.

I have tried using the nRFConnect Android app in my smartphone and I am able to bond and connect the nRF52840-DK board using the ble_app_rscs example firmware.

I have tried to erase the cache refresing and doing the connect-disconnect process sometimes, but the result is the same.

Moreover, I have tried other applications like HRM or BPM and the result is the same.

What should I setup in the nRFToolbox Android apps to make the examples in the nRF5_SDK_17.1.0 package work? And how to do it?

I don't have an Android with me, but I can confirm it works with iPhone, do you by any chance have a different Android phone or iPhone just for comparison?

Thank you. Unfortunately I have no other Android phone now available.

I have repeated with HRM application and the nRF Toolbox, using the same Android phone. It have finally worked.

I have repeated the process with the ble_app_rscs example, but I have not been able to get anything appart from the message i have reported.
