debugger not working

i am using nrf52840 USB dongle and the segger J_LINK EDU mini for debugging when i use bulid and run it works, and if i remove the donle and reinsert it then ts not working and when i put it in build and debugg mode the code was not at all executed what might be the issue colud you please help me in debbugging?

Thanks priyanka issue was resolved, i have erase the flash and download the code it works
