The captured BLE data packets cannot be displayed using wireshark - BleSecurity

When opening a file that contains the packets that are transmitted in the BLE communication, the data is not observed.

The version of WireShark is 1.10.1, because it is the most stable version.

Wireshark 1.10.1 seems very old, the minimum requirement is listed here:

Hello,

I downloaded the version of wireshark and python that is indicated in the requirements but I 
still cannot observe the traffic and the tests were carried out by a colleague, I just want to 
open the .pcapng to be able to observe the traffic with the respective packets.

So, I don't know what the problem could be.
