Programmatically retrieve chip version

Hi, is there a way to retrieve device informations programmatically, as Package Code, Variant Code, Build Code ?

You can get this information by looking at the HWID field of the CONFIGID register in FICR. Take a look at the nRF51822 migration whitepaper for details on the possible values.
