Low power mode current consumption

i am trying to measure the current consumption of nrf52840 dongle in low power mode by using the power profiler kit,i have used the RTC intterupt to wake up the device for every 1.25 seconds

but the current consumption is 52ua, and i have not done any task in intterupt handler.Why it was consuming 52ua as per data it will consume ION_RAMON_RTC System ON, full 256 kB RAM retention, wake on RTC running from LFRC clock is 3.16 μA?

Hi, can you please describe the measurement setup? Which connections you have made between the PPK and the dongle, if it's connected to the USB or not, SB1 and SB2 state, etc. Thanks

i have used PPK in source meter mode and power up the dongle by connecting the vout and gnd of PPK to VBUS and gnd of the dongle ,and i have not altered the SB1 and SB2 states

Hi, if you power the dongle on VBUS you also power the USB interface on the nRF52 (VBUS_nRF) which will consume some current, even though the USB is disabled.

Try to supply voltage to VDD_nRF instead (max 3.6V)
