1. I removed RTT related codes in the project.

2. Will uncontrollable factors be introduced?

3. Is there any potential risk when the code runs?

    2. Will uncontrollable factors be introduced?

    3. Is there any potential risk when the code runs?

    It is fine to remove unused code and libraries. As long as you do not get any warnings or errors while compiling/linking, it should perform as before (just without RTT logging, thus running a bit faster).
