REG0 DC/DC converter

We are thinking of making changes to the QIAA aQFN73 circuit configuration from 5 to 4 and use the REG0 DC/DC. VDDH will be connected to a single-cell Li-Ion battery (3~4.2V) directly. VDD (3.3V) will supply other components on the board with total max current less than 20mA. Do you see a problem with this? Thanks!

Hi,

There should not be any problems supplying external components from VDD with less than 20mA, but keep in mind that the radio output power must be limited to a maximum of 4dBm. If higher output power is needed a external regulator should be used for the external components.
