about BLE+UWB

You mean the Tsingoal SiP: https://www.nordicsemi.com/News/2020/11/Tsingoals-module-employs-nRF52833-to-enable-Bluetooth-Direction-Finding-and-smartphone-connectivity, that is a module rather than chipset, and you need to contact Tsingoal for details, it is not provided by Nordic.

Are there any other modules in Northern Europe that can be combined with UWB? What we currently have are modules for UWB。

You may need to consult UWB expert on this, like Qorvo, we are not, unfortunately.
