what is the difference between QFAB and CDAB

I want to develop a prototype by using nrf51822 but the problem is i did not find information concerning the packages please i request you to provide the link or brief expalnations about this

Hi,

Please see the compatibility matrix. The difference between the different packages are: Package type, flash size and RAM size.

The QFAB has 128kB of flash, 16kB of RAM and uses a QFN48 type package.

The CDAB had 128kB of flash, 16kB of RAM and uses a WLCSP type package.

You are correct, the smaller WLCSP package is often used when size constraints are high.
