JLINK connection issue

Hi,

I am working on ble_bms_app template. While the nrf52840dk is connected to laptop, I don't get JLINK connected notification on the desktop. Sometimes i get the connected notification, sometimes I don't get it. Now its completely not working. I suspect problem might be from debugger end. since the BLE advertising LED is blinking as per the logic.

If my guess is wrong, kindly let me know what could be the issue.

sorry, I have forgotten the version. Other than seeing the version when connected with device, is there anyway to find it out?

Hi,

So I guess this means you do not have any J-Link installed on your system. Kindly try downloading the J-Link (preferably v7.52 or upwards) and then try running your application.
