1. I want to put the nrf52832 into deep sleep mode for some amount of time.
2. Once it wakes up from deep sleep mode, will it affect the content of RAM or flash or any system ???

Hi,
1. I want to put the nrf52832 into deep sleep mode for some amount of time.
Please see Amanda's response regarding this here: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/51648/how-to-put-nrf52840-to-deep-sleep-system-off/207410#207410.
In short, you can use either System OFF mode, which will power down the system's core functionality and stop ongoing tasks, or System ON mode with sleep mode, where the system wakes on events.
2. Once it wakes up from deep sleep mode, will it affect the content of RAM or flash or any system ???
When it wakes up from System OFF mode it will get reset, and you can see what targets will be reset in Reset behavior. CPU, peripherals and debug components will be reset. RAM is not reset, but parts of or the whole RAM might not be retained after entering System OFF depending on setting in the RAM[n].POWER registers.
Best regards,
Marte
