Get data from BLE and write to flash memory using pstorage

Hi,

I am having trouble to use flash to store data.

First, I write function and scan beacon, get information from this beacon and save to flash

I use a timer for saving data to flash but it is not work, I always get the error code = 0x00000010. It means "invalid flag". How can I solve this problem?

Where do you get this error, in pstorage call or somewhere else? Can you please post that piece of code where the error is generated?

you did not check the return values for any of the pstorage function. after calling retval = pstorage_xxxx() you should check if that was success by adding

APP_ERROR_CHECK(retval);

just after any API. If you ignore the retval, then it will get difficult to find out where it went wrong. This will not solve your problem, but will tell us which pstorage function returned error. Let me know if you could point out where it failed.

Previously, I put pstogage call into scan beacon handler function beacon_evt_handler(...) but it is not work. I think it has conflict between this event and pstorage call event so I use timer but it is still not work

I use breakpoint to debug and have error right after I call pstorage_store function

I cannot see anywhere in the code that pstorage returns invalid_flags error code Which SDK and SD version are you using? Are you sure you are using correct header files with the softdevice you are using. That error code should not be possible in the code snippet you pasted.
