Got fail with Licence renewal

Hi all,

After Licence request I got email with Key.

Segger Embedded Studio 4.12 accepted this key but SUA expiration date is not valid, there is just red cross and no any valid date.

Any suggestions?
(Im not going to update my current 4.12 version)

Did you generate a license for the Nordic Edition of Segger Embedded Studio? Please try using this link for generating the license: https://license.segger.com/Nordic.cgi

If above does not work, could you please provide a screenshot of the entire Segger Embedded Studio window?

Another developer described in this case that they had to wait for a while(a few minutes?) until Segger detected the license as valid.

I got license few times, I got email and uploaded license string as described.

Before I used other one license. There is old license window and current new one.
