the updated version of nRF connect v3.8 doesnt recognised the device

the updated version of nRF connect v3.8 , for desktop , app - programmer doesnt recognize the device . i downgraded to 3.3v this version selects my device .

Which board and version are you using? Have you tried upgrading to nRF Connect for Desktop v3.9.1?

nRF52840 dk i am using . I did try to upgrading to V3.8 but the upgraded version didnt select the device . Thats why back to using 3.3Version of nRF connect

Please upgrade to the latest version 3.9.1 and let me know if this works for you.
Is there any specific reason why you chose to downgrade all the way to v3.3? 
Have you tried any other version lower or higher than v3.8?

updated  nRF  connect to 3.10 version , Yes it works . the device gets detected .
