low level control of RX TX radio

Hi, I want to be able to send 1bit of data with as low latency as possible, what is the best way of doing this?
Can i in some way directly control the low level of the radio module to send raw bitstream?
I could use rssi sample and enable/disable the carrier
i could send a package with 1byte preamble and 3 bytes of adress.
is there any other way with lower latency, i would like to get <10us latency and would be super happy if i could get <1us.

The radio will need to have the payload in place when the TX is started. You can't control the bit stream directly. So the lowest possible latency will be 40 µs when fast ramp up is enabled.
