Thingy91 No matching trait found

Trying to update the Thingy91. While the nRF52840 updates ok, nRFConnect for Desktop reports "No matching trait found" when trying to update the modem on the nRF91. 

 

The problem has been raised in previous posts but there does not seem to be resolved.

I've tried by USB and JLink with same issue.

 

Is there a solution yet? Thanks

What previous posts are you referring to?

nRFConnect for Desktop reports "No matching trait found" when trying to update the modem on the nRF91. 

 

What version of the nRF Connect for Desktop are you running, and on what OS?
