Thingy91 No matching trait found

Trying to update the Thingy91. While the nRF52840 updates ok, nRFConnect for Desktop reports "No matching trait found" when trying to update the modem on the nRF91. 

 

The problem has been raised in previous posts but there does not seem to be resolved.

I've tried by USB and JLink with same issue.

 

Is there a solution yet? Thanks

I did try using an earlier version of nRFConnect FD but it didn't help and v3.7.2 (as mentioned in a Case above) had problems running.

What version of the nRF Connect for Desktop are you running, and on what OS?

nRFConnect FD v3.9.2 (Programmer v2.0.1)

OSX v11.6.2

One more thing, can you please provide me what version of nrfjprog you are running? Run the following command in terminal: nrfjprog --version

I don't run nrfprog. I'm following guide https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fug_thingy91_gsg%2FUG%2Fthingy91_gsg%2Fgetting_started.html&anchor=getting_started__download_fw_step

But version on the machine is 

nrfjprog version: 10.8.0

JLinkARM.dll version: 7.58b
