Identify exact model from chip label? "N51822QFAAH01621UT"

I have a module using a Nordic chip labelled "N51822QFAAH01621UT". I know it's the NRF51822-QFAA, but I am not sure which model exactly?

Looking on DigiKey these are the 3 models:

NRF51822-QFAA-T

NRF51822-QFAA-R7

NRF51822-QFAA-R

I'm not sure if it only has to do with the delivery container type or if there are differences between these chips? Thank you.

Hi,

This information is described in chapter 10 of the nRF51822 Product Specifications v3.4.

The last part of the order code you see at DigiKey is the Container code, which is not part of the chip markings.

You chip markings indicates a nRF51822 QFAA H0 chip, produced in week 16-2021, with Wafer Lot code UT.
