We are planning to optimize the radio-frequency signal,so the some docunments like Simulation model are needed.which can help optimize the RF signal through ADS simulation application.

I might be mistunderstanding what it is you want to do here, what is it that you want to optimize?

We do not have ADS simulation models available. For tuning the RF parts of the circuit we have found that simulation can only get us so far, after that we have to do manual tuning anyway. For tuning your circuit, please see these documents:

• General PCB design guidelines
• Whitepaper on antenna tuning

While ADS simulation can get you relevant results for single transistors/amplifiers and their transmission lines its value drops with increasing project complexity, and you often end up doing fine-tuning by hand. The rough outlines are well represented by our reference layout, which should be followed in any case.
