nrf5340 dk development kit has two nrf5340 and there is no segger j-link on the board

I got an nrf5340-dk development kit. And when I connected it to the computer it was discovered by the computer. But, I could not either connect to it or program it. 

I noticed that this board has two nrf5340 processors without the Seggger J-Link as shown in the image below: 

Is there a method to program it ?

    This uses the nRF5340 as JLINK device, besides that it should work exactly like the older nRF5340 DKs. Did you connect with a functional USB cable to the USB connector at the short end of the DK? This should preferably be done with direct connection to the PC, no hubs in between. Please check a couple of USB cables to make sure you got proper connection. Does the LED near the debugger (upper end in your picture) light up at all? It should have a steady light if the USB connection is OK.

    The LED near the debugger is working. and I checked the cable. The problem was the building environment. Using older sdk (1.6.1) to build and flash helped me.
