iBasis billing issue

Hi iBasis support,

I'm having a billing issue with your website. I'm using the iBasis card with the NRF9160DK board.

When I ran out of data, I just follow the link on the NRFCloud page to "Buy Data". What happened is that the web page shows it can't process my order. I tried twice it failed twice. So I gave up. But then my credit card company notified me that my card was charged twice.

I went back to the NRFCloud page. It still shows I ran out of data (with the red bar). But when I turn on my device again, it apparently is bale to connect and transmit data.

So now my problem is, I don;t know how much data I was getting. I suppose to get 50MB. Since I was charged twice, I assume I should get 100MB? But I can be sure because the NRFCloud page won;t show anything other than running out of data.

I think either refund my second purchase or let m know I actually have the extra data. I can't find any contact info for iBasis support. So I post here if someone can see it.
