What is the reset port status when the nRF52832 is not powered?

If the reset port of another microcomputer is connected to the reset port of nRF52832 and the power of nRF52832 is stopped, the voltage of the reset port changes from Hi to Low.
Please tell me how to prevent the change from Hi to Low.
Even if it is disabled by the pin reset setting, it does not improve.
