Source code for 52840 board controller on the nRF9160DK

My company is creating a custom board using the 9160 and 52840. I have a BLE app running on a nrF52840 board that I want to port to the 52840 on the 9160 custom board. And we would like to use the 52840 for other purposes in addition to BLE if possible. Where can we find the 52840 board controller source code? We will need to incorporate that logic into our design.

Hello, 

Have a look at the sub-chapter Board Controller of Working with nRF91 series, and the Board Controller firmware chapter in the nRF9160DK_nrf52840 board files in the Zephyr repo. 

You can use the Hello World sample in our Zephyr repo to configure wanted settings.

Thanks for your reply. But it didn't answer my question. What my company needs is the Nordic source code for the 52840 board controller on the nRF9160DK. We are building an LTE app on the 9160 that requires BLE communications. We already have a BLE app running on a 52840. And we want to incorporate the Nordic board controller logic into our existing app. If you look at the screenshot below, Nordic even states we need to have this code.

So please tell me where I can access the board controller source code for the 52840. Thanks in advance for your help.

The nRF52840 on the nRF9160DK is programmed with the nrf9160dk_nrf52840 board files found under zephyr\boards\arm\nrf9160dk_nrf52840\

THe zephyr\boards\arm\nrf9160dk_nrf52840\board.c controls most of the settings as according to the nRF9160 DK Board controller section of the nRF9160DK Hardware Guide.

I would recommend copying the whole board folder zephyr\boards\arm\nrf9160dk_nrf52840\ into your project to ensure correct behaviour.
