Nordic Thingy 91 sensor reading on PIR external interrupt

Hi,

I have a Nordic Thingy 91. I need it to save battery and transmit sensor data to Nordic Cloud on PIR external interrupt (if I could count number of PIR pulses that would be great also). To what GPIO do you suggest me I should wire the PIR sensor output? What modification do I need in the sample sensor reading push to cloud demo code provided by Nordic?

According to the thing91 document, P6 has several pins that can be used by your application.

Your description of cloud-based solution is very general, there are too many samples you can refer to and modify with. Pay attention to the following samples and test them to find the one fit for your needs to do the modification.

Hi Ivan,

There should not be any difference between the PIR presence state and the button press GPIO interrupt.

You have access to the sample source codes. Please read them and pay attention to the button operation part.
